Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta has condoled with the family of renowned historian, Prof. Obaro Ikime, who passed on Tuesday. The late professor, who hailed from Erowha in Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta reportedly died in Ibadan. He was 86.
