By Isharo Odafe In a bid to keep the State Capital clean, the Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency sanitation mobile court has issued a court summon to eighteen premises which included five commercial and twelve residential premises before the mobile court adding that those summoned would be arraign on Wednesday 31st of January, 2024. In a statement signed by the Director General of Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency, Chief Patrick Ukah, he stated that a press statement was earlier issued indicating that five environmental
